so do we just assume we have a really good offense now and the first half was some combination of adjustment periods/weird aberration?

 

because we keep scoring lots of runs.

I know people often seem annoyed by Hairyducked, but what's his track record? Is he right most of the time? Like what was his take on Rizzo a few years ago?

 

Just wondering. He seems like his opinions are backed by research he does, which I respect. I'll say I don't agree with his criticism of Theo and I'm more willing to say that guys can improve when they are only 23 and don't have to start declining when they are 24.

I wonder if the cubs add on another run or two this inning whether arrieta has a shorter leash in the 6th. pitch count already at 94...
