Was reading some article Mets have something like only 16 games vs. Teams in the contention. And almost half the team they play has partially AAA roster

I don't think the Mets are really gonna factor in much in the Wild Card race really, but maybe I'll rue those words.

 

26 games left against Miami, Atlanta, and Philadelphia, plus another 13 against the Rockies, Red Sox, and Reds. I'm already preparing myself to be spectacularly bitter that they factor in the race at all due to their garbage division.

Maybe we should start really thinking about the Nationals as wild card rivals then :-&

 

 

We'll be comfortably in the first WC spot, and the Pirates will be battling SF/NY/Washington.....I hope.

 

Any word on when the delay is up?
