Richard was just on waivers like 10 days ago, unless his strong start against the husk of the Brewers offense changed a bunch of minds, I don't think he's a huge risk of being claimed.

Probably the biggest risk is that before it was pre-trade deadline. Now with rosters a little more certain teams have an idea if they have a roster spot, whereas before they may have not had a spot open. So basically a team like the 12-14 Cubs suddenly needing to fill a bunch of innings after their annual sell off.
