there's a guy behind home plate with a sign that says CUBS STINK. he is only holding it up intermittently though, folding it up and putting it away the rest of the time.

i've thought that tonight and most all year. ross' framing numbers remain good and that's awesome, but i've not been super impressed with him throwing or blocking balls.

fwiw, a couple years ago and back he was p decent at throwing guys out. and now he primarily catches lester.

Is there a metric that's like an effective ISO against a pitcher that takes into account higher effective slugging percentage due to everybody getting to steal second base against him?
