Sure, if we're assuming Rose is going to be crippled most of each season and Mirotic is never going to expand his role then that's a problem.

Yes. In about 1.5 seasons he will have played more minutes (regular and playoffs) than Michael Jordan. In about 3 seasons he will have played as many minutes as Kobe if he never plays another minute. He will slow down at some point...in fact he already has. He can still put up peak LeBron performances, but not at the rate he has in the past. If you look at his advanced stats in the playoffs his numbers are lower than they have been in pretty much his entire career.

LeBron is obviously tremendously skilled, but his best asset has been being bigger, stronger, faster, and more athletic than everyone else. Give it 2-3 more years and that won't be the case. Hes already started to come back down to only insane human-level. Unless LeBron reinvents himself a la MJ adding the fade away, he will no longer be the best player in the world a few seasons from now.

It was somewhere around there. When Dan said that the Cavs have the two best players in the series and those teams don't lose and Terry agreed. Yet Dan also said the way Atlanta is put together is the future of the NBA (with no stars?).

Davis's numbers blew away LeBron's this season. LeBron had his worst season since his rookie year. The numbers aren't even really all that close.
