Oregon and Michigan St. is the game of the year. So much NFL talent on the field.

For MSU: DE-Calhoun, QB- Cook, CB- Wayns, FS- Drummond, RB- Langford are all potential top 50 picks.

For Oregon: QB- Mariota, CB- Ekpre-Olomu, C-Grasu, DL- Armstead are all going to be picked the first 2 days.

Ifo Ekpre-Olomu and Trae Waynes are probably the best two CBs in next year's draft - they're tons of fun to watch. Definitely can't wait for this game.

Guessing David Ash's career is over due to concussions now. Sucks for him, seems like a good kid. And now Mack Brown gets to haunt UT for a little bit longer with his taking of Tyrone Swoopes.

I'm so glad Hatin' Ass Spurrier has become a recurring segment. http://www.everydayshouldbesaturday.com/2014/9/2/6097983/hatin-ass-spurrier-reviews-week-one

"Only team that handled Temple worse than Vanderbilt was the moneychangers."

"The triple-option is basically a multiple choice test. Surprised that Ohio State football players had a problem with it."

"Not surprised FSU had trouble running. That's the sort of behavior that raises suspicion at Publix."

Purdue has already tied their win total from last year and has their first win against an FBS team since 2012! Things are awesome!

I think Oregon is gonna blast MSU and I'm not sure that there aren't a couple other games this weekend with a similar number of pro prospects playing. Oregon will smoke MSU. I'm looking forward to USC-Stanford at the farm. Teams are back to evenly matched. I don't root for USC but it's more fun when they are good so I was glad to see Sark looks to have a solid team.

ND-Mich should be good. Golston looks incredible Saturday. I'm thinking this could be a very good ND team.

Horrible loss for the gamecocks last week need to rip up ECU and get some mojo going to try to save the season against Georgia.

Ekpre-Olomu is one of my top 10 overall players. Mariota is #1. Calhoun is top 15. Drummond #2 S.

If Mariota can make good downfield passes I think Oregon will win. MSU is very good at stopping the spread, very similar to Stanford in how they attack the spread. I have a very hard time seeing this game being a blowout. But hey, MSU seems to be overlooked a lot, especially by other B1G fans

I think Oregon will probably squeak it out but I'd be surprised if it was a blowout (and if these teams played last year, I think MSU wins). MSU really impressed me late last season.

Watch out UCLA, Tiger High is a football juggernaut these days.

Well, I can't imagine UCLA will be looking past anyone after last Saturday.

Ok, I'll play. USC-Stanford is another matchup of ranked teams.

USC - DL Leonard Williams (potential #1 pick), WR Nelson Agholar (potential first rounder), CB Josh Shaw (lol)

Stanford - OT Andrus Peat (potential top 10 pick), CB Alex Carter (top 50 pick), WR Ty Montgomery (top 100 pick), QB Kevin Hogan (top 100 pick), DT Henry Anderson (top 100 pick)

I'll take the MSU-Oregon game - more top 100 prospects and more high end prospects (I could see everyone besides Langford being a first rounder in the Oregon-MSU game):

My ATS games of the week are Iowa St covering against Kansas State, K State is overrated at this point and the Cyclones aren't as bad as what we saw. Kansas State will still win but closer to one touchdown instead of two.

My other one is Vanderbilt against Ole miss. 20 points for an away team is way too steep. Ole miss will still win but much closer than that.

In the pros, Kansas City will do much better than the 3 they're getting against Tennessee.

I feel like a lot of people are underselling MSU's chances. Oregon has had problems in the past against elite defenses with a lot of future pros (Stanford, Ohio State, Auburn).

According to Covers most people (60%) are putting their money on MSU. Granted that's with a large spread...

Iowa St. did lose its star WR for the year. Their starting C is also banged up. And their starting RT just quit the team. I think they might be in trouble this year. KSU does usually take a game or two to heat up, though, so it's tough to call.

Also, I saw Charlie Strong suspended both his OTs for this week's game.

MSU is +12.5, wow

ND line has moved from -6 to -3.5 in the past couple days

Not surprising as this game has all the looks of a shootout and you always want the points in one of those.
