Gortat resigns with Washington 5/60, Livingston to Golden State for 3/16. Wonder if the Livingston deal is a precursor to a Love-Thompson trade?

Curry/Livingston/Iguodala/Love/Bogut is a really good potential lineup, obviously if Bogut can stay healthy for more than 10 minutes.

What is Milwaukee doing? Lose two #1's for Kidd? Horrible second move for new ownership after getting Parker. Great move for Brooklyn.

two second round picks, not #1's

Ok. A little less stupid then.

Some more interesting moves, Jodie Meeks got 3/$19 million from Detroit and Ben Gordon got 2/$9 million from Orlando (though part of this is to get to the salary floor for ORL). Also Cleveland is preparing a max offer to Gordon Heyward.

This is why you lose LeBron and end up in the lottery every year. WTF?

There's a cap bubble that's only going to get worse when new tv revenue comes in. So it's possible these deals won't even look bad in two years. And if the Lebron rumors of 2/40 are true it means he's banking on a new cap that will make his next max contract eclipse this one.

Yeah most of the NBA guys I listen to/follow are saying most teams were really surprised how much the cap rose this year and are expecting it to grow at an even higher % over the next few years. Also, like you said, there's probably going to be at least a slightly tweaked CBA in 2017 (I think that's when it's up) and the national TV contract is coming up again soon, I believe.

Pacers sign CJ Miles and some foreign dude named Damjan Rudez, most likely takes them out of bringing Lance back as they are ~$5million away from the luxury tax now.

Stephenson is a classic unskilled bulls type player. He's basically Andres Nocioni with less range.

Larry Hughes

Stephenson is a better defender. He reminds me more of Stephen Jackson. He hasn't fought a fan in Detroit yet, but its still early.

Jackson is supposedly one of the best locker room guys in the nba. I know Stephenson got in a couple practice fights this past year.

Not a bad comparison but Jackson's like my all time favorite player and Stephenson isn't.

I may be off, but I believe Houston is consistently ranked as the most corpulent city in the US.

A cold snap killed off all the homeless years ago.

In Houston, the homeless don't even need to have their pants on.
