Iowa has a knack lately for scoring runs without any contributions from anyone I care about.

Alcantara is 2 for 2 at least. I got real excited the other day when they put up a bunch of runs in the first 5 innings, then saw Alcantara, Baez, and Villaneuva were a combined 0 for 10 or something.

I'd put the over/under on Kyle Hendricks' Cy Youngs at 9.

And Alcantara has his OPS above .800 now, after his slow start.

EDIT: Ok, maybe 8.

Has there been any indication of when Soler would be back?

They're 99% sure he's dead but waiting for the MRI to confirm.

Nu uh.

Probably a few more weeks because he hasn't played in an actual extended spring training yet, just a lot of BP.

Alcantara's BABIP is up around .370 or so, I think. He's needed that, with only two walks that's barely enough to nudge his OBP up around .300.

Thanks. I'm headed to Tennessee next weekend, looks like I'll be out of luck.
