I feel like in the district I grew up in, anyone in the district could use the track as long as it wasn't being used the school. I guess it's not like that everywhere or I'm mistaken.

I almost got arrested for running intervals on a high school track in Southaven, MS. The old codger who came out to yell at me was piiiiisssssed. How dare I use the track for it's intended purpose!

Brian definitely trying to smooth over any belief that people have that he has a grudge against the Bears, but it's pretty clear he's not a fan of Jay personally. Playing it cool when asked directly about him, but mentioned how good the offense is gonna be with...and then he named pretty much the whole offense but Jay. Then was raving about Josh McCown when talking about Lovie in TB.
