@richeisen: Just spoke to @nflcommish for Tues Night Draft Special -- says mayors of Chicago and LA very aggressive in trying to get the 2015 Draft.

I wonder how hard it'd be to get into that if it were in Chicago.

As much as I enjoy the draft, it does not seem like it would be something fun to be at. The novelty would wear out really quickly.

I think I'd be interested for the first night to say I did it once. Then I'd be done forever.

I'd need a lot of beer to keep me going after the first hour (which would consist of 4, maybe 5 picks!). And if I drink a lot of beer, I better not have work the next day.

No way would I do it if you're drafting late. Sit there all day, only to watch your team trade out of the 1st. No thanks.

going strictly by the people who line up outside Radio City every year I would have to agree. Also, spending any amount of time watching it on tv just solidifies that idea.

I want one year when it was at MSG, Orlando Pace went #1. The draft wasn't as huge as it is now. The TV guys were really accessible and interacted with the crowd. It was fun for awhile in the same way watching reality TV is fun. The Jets fans are the worst/best. Just a lot of people who take [expletive] way too seriously.

Daniel Jeremiah's most recent mock: http://www.nfl.com/draft/2014/mock-drafts/daniel-jeremiah/205653

I normally like his work but this one is weird (he says his mocks arent where he'd draft these guys but where he hears they're going). Clowney goes 1, only two QBs in the first (Manziel at 4 and Bortles at 20), Fuller goes 11, the Bears get Donald at 14 and the Packers take Austin Sefarian-Jenkins (that'd be hilarious). I don't know what teams are thinking if Bridgewater falls like that, he'll be Aaron Rodgers part 2.

@MoveTheSticks: Information is flying all over the place…Now hearing Aaron Donald to MIN. This is going to be a fun ride on Thurs night.

I don't think he'd make it to 14.

Jernigan failed his drug test. Screw it, I'd still take him in the 2nd.

@TR_Cyrus: Per @JayGlazer, Mettenberger, Jernigan, Telvin Smith, Christian Jones, Anthony Johnson and Seantrel Henderson failed drug tests at combine.

Raw, you're sleeping on Bruce Ellington if he isn't in your top 15. Also think you have Brandin Cooks too low.

Love rating Fuller ahead of Dennard, that's not that popular but I agree. I'm also with you on not being that enamored with Jernigan.

I love Ellington. Not sure why I couldn't put him in my top 15. Probably should have had him 14 at worst. But part of the reason is I really like Ellington as a 3rd down RB. Hes the same size as his cousin Andre who will be the Cards feature back this year. He's tough enough to run and take contact. I think he can pass block. I think he's a Randall Cobb type player but more of the RB version of him instead of a WR. Not that he won't be a good WR.

I've heard that from a lot of sources (Mayock, Jeremiah, Walter and probably a couple others I'm forgetting now). I agree with you that teams that take a QB not named Bridgewater will regret it, but I'm not sure that Bridgewater will be as good as Rodgers.

I didn't mean to compare his skills or success specifically, moreso the Rodgers draft day fall and how many teams regret passing on him.

I see a lot of Matt Ryan in Bridgewater (if you're allowed to compare a black QB to a white one).

I swear if the Raiders draft Johnny Manziel, I'm [expletive] done. I've done my best supporting this [expletive] organization and thought things were going to get better when Al finally croaked, but fuuuuuuuuck, enough is enough.

I didn't want Johnny to go to the Raiders before but now I'm praying for it.

Ah, I see. I agree with you there.

I compare Ben Roethlisberger to Steve McNair all the time.

The Rams are doing their very best to convince the world they are drafting Manziel. Here's hoping it's the Browns that get duped and fork over No. 26.

I could easily be wrong, but I'm betting that's all smoke to try to get somebody like Cleveland (Haslam has a "love affair" with Johnny) to panic. I don't see Manziel as a Jeff Fisher type QB.

It depends on who you get. If you don't draft Matt Ryan, the guy you do draft better produce at a really high level.

If Bridgewater were guaranteed to have a 63.7% completion, 2:1 TD:INT and 11 Y/C career at just 28 years old, I'd be pretty unhappy if the Titans passed on him for just about anybody but Clowney or (maybe) Robinson.

Fun rumors from the RealGM draft guy. Two and three sound plausible. One... Not so much

Three "hot" rumors I heard today from generally credible sources:

1. If the Falcons trade up to #1, it might be for Greg Robinson and not Clowney. That goes on the presumption Robinson will go #2 to STL, which I do believe happens.

2. One of Buffalo and Detroit is going to take an offer from either the Jets or Eagles, both of whom are gunning for the same guy: Odell Beckham Jr.

3. Teddy Bridgewater's draft floor is the New England Patriots at #29.

I was reading chatter earlier that Detroit is talking to Watkins about trading up for him. That one doesn't make a lot of sense, and I like Watkins.
