Watching Golson play makes me think he "kinda" sucks. Don't get me wrong, he's a huge upgrade from what's out there now, but he's more game manager than BCS QB

 

Boy, we watched totally different guys. Golson was the opposite of a game manager, imo. He made some really risky decisions, and when they worked it was awesome, because he's got an absolute cannon arm to go with his elusiveness. But he struggles with accuracy and decision-making at times, which are the two biggest things you need from a game manager.

 

It'll be interesting to see how he's developed with a year of training but no game play.

I know N'western is not that great, but I am glad we handled them rather easily. I don't think MSU is going to a BCS game unless they beat OSU so it was great to make sure we at least have the shot to face them.
