Nope. Its recruiting. Its like a HS player or a free agent. Not available now but when they become available, you want them to already have an idea of what team they want to join when able to legally do so.

 

Technically she's legal/available/etc. (she's 17) in some states, but really... "soon to be hot"??? Maybe she's so young that I can't think of her in that way or the fact that she reminds me of Kimora Lee Simmons, but each to their own.
