7IP 4H 2R 0ER 0W 6K. Hendricks.

Have any prospect guys said anything about him and his stuff this year? It's really, really hard to ignore his numbers and then put him out of the top 15.

Stuff is still fringy, backend starter, middle reliever, etc....

So one of you milb eggheads need to explain this to me. Edwards hasnt allowed a home run in his pro career in 160 inning, over which time he has struck out 207 and hes not in anyones op 100. Why the bloody [expletive] is that?

Now the teams are throwin at each other and Struck was ejected from the dugout.

I have to say, Struck seems to have a short fuse.

I don't know if he's known for a short fuse, but Struck is an emotional, go get it type of guy. Shame his stuff took such a big step back this year supposedly (granted, wasn't anything but an end of the rotation guy before that, but entering the season, I was mildly curious about Struck as a pen option).

He came from so far off the radar that I don't think people were paying attention to him until now. It's a dumb explanation, but it happens, particularly when you talk about such a late round pick.

Drafted 48th round. First year in full season ball. He's likely to make a list or 2 after this year, in my opinion.

I hate how people are still too afraid of Baez to put him in their top 10s, especially behind Lindor.

So he's still dominating on command alone in AA? I don't get it.

Maybe he has a deceptive delivery that makes his marginal stuff slightly above average and he's tough to face when you only see him once or twice?

This is fun, here's the combined numbers of the 7 college pitchers taken in the Top 10 rounds. All of them are at Boise except for David Garner, who has only thrown 1 scoreless inning.

53.2 IP, 28 H, 3 ER, 55 K, 18 BB, 0 HR

Frazier is the only one of the seven to give up an earned run.

In other Boise news, Cael Brockmeyer has really turned it on recently and is now OPSing over .900. Will be interesting to see if he forces himself into the catching rotation at Kane County by year end.

That article lost me here

23) Jorge Soler , OF, Chicago Cubs. Previously 25. OK, so he's not Yasiel Puig. He's still really good. Just needs health.
