Do I think Ricketts' tenure has been a mistake-fueled tragedy? Absolutely.

 

But worst in Cubs' history? That's just silly. Ricketts may be an exciting prospect in the realm of bad ownership, but the Cubs have had some HOF-level terrible owners that aren't going to be surpassed that easily.
