Wow, Illinois. Yikes.

 

I feel like IU isn't that far away. Of course, I've felt that way for like 20 years now. They've lost 4 games by a total of 10 points. A last second FG vs. Ball St. Blown 4th quarter leads of 10 and 9 vs. Michigan St and Navy. Furious comeback just short vs. Ohio St. Gotta find a way to stop people, but this offense can score against most teams.

 

Should be 5-3 or even 6-2 right now tbh. Glad to see Coffman benched for Sudfeld finally. Coffman isn't terrible but Sudfeld is the future. Great win, 3-5 with the next two games at home.

 

Yeah, at least should have beaten Navy and Michigan St. I think they have a shot to beat Iowa. Iowa hasn't shown they can move the ball up and down the field like every Hoosier opponent until today has. Wisconsin is an L. But then they have longshot chances on the road at Penn State and Purdue.

42-0 Oregon with 11 minutes left in the second quarter. They have 340 yards already.

Actually you should be wanting them to win. Bad loses like that will get Brown shown the door. OU fans should want Mack around forever.

Florida/Georgia is a crime against QB play. Driskel and Murray both with horrendous interceptions.

I really feel bad for the guy, he worked hard to come back and by all accounts (that I've heard) he is a really good kid. He was still a first round pick, too. Brutal.

Down goes Florida. Third undefeated team to lose today (Rutgers and Ohio). With Bama and MSU playing also, we'll have at least four undefeateds go down.

No. K-State has played a legitimate schedule.

So how did Purdue fare today? I'm just assuming you guys beat Minnesota. I mean, c'mon. I wouldn't even expect that game to be close. :good:

I think Oregon is more of a worry, as they have 3 ranked teams still to play to push them past KSU. Hard to see anything but a 2 loss SEC champ getting left out of the title game at this point, so the race is probably for that other spot.

I would guess Oregon. They will probably finish 4th in the computers though in that scenario so Oregon would have to keep a solid lead in the polls, which they might be able to do with their strong schedule down the stretch. Obviously KState is ahead of them right now (and will be even further ahead of them after this week), but that will likely change as the weeks go on and Oregon slowly rises in the computers. Right now voters have KState clearly ahead of ND, but in that scenario I think they would be more split which would not help either of them catch Oregon.
