All season.

Well technically, through week 16. Week 17 everybody plays on Sunday afternoon.

I hate when my team plays on Thursday night, but I love Thursday night football.

Yep. Though it's also a bit annoying with fantasy football.

Thursday games break up the rest of the week very nicely. I do like lots of games on Sunday morning, but more than 6 tv's worth is almost impossible to focus. They need to flex more games to the afternoon while they are at it.

Got Atlanta next week. I really don't want to start 1-3, and the Giants are missing huge chunks of their team (while Stewart is our only notable out), so it'd be really neat if Carolina could make me happy this evening.

The game is in Carolina, so I expect New York to win handily.

I have yet to see one iota of improvement from the 2011 team in any area. The 2011 team was 6-10. The Giants' JV offense is going to drop 40 in Charlotte, for God's sake.

For his career now, Cam Newton has 23 TD's to 22 Ints. Can we stop putting this guy on a pedestal? He's a slightly better Josh Freeman.

To be fair he's also rushed for 16 more TDs.

I'm so lucky. I wasn't paying attention this week and about 10 minutes before last nights game started, I checked and realized that Nicks and Bradshaw were both out (and both in my starting lineup). So I replaced Bradshaw with Brown (waiver pickup earlier in the week) and upon scouring the FA pool for a last minute WR, I saw Ramses Barden and said 'what the hell, Giants are down 2 WR maybe I'll get lucky'.

Earned myself 46 points by remembering to check my lineup.

With Nicks out, I put my Michael Bush flex up to RB, and picked up Brandon Lafell for my flex. *sigh*

I could've put Stephen Jackson in there, but I figured he was gimpy, may not play, and even if he does, he's against the Bears run def. Of course now, I'd roll the dice.

He's also in his second year; Freeman in his fourth. He was also a dominant college player; Freeman was not. He threw twenty-one touchdowns and seventeen interceptions in his rookie year; Freeman threw ten touchdowns and eighteen interceptions in his rookie year. His rookie QB rating was 84.5; Freeman's rookie QB rating was 59.8. I don't know what the future holds, Newton may never improve from here. But this is silly.

Well, I thought Thursday football was awesome. Ended up watching something else at halftime of last night's game.

So apparently CJ is blaming the offensive line entirely for the Titans being completely incapable of running the football. Last year I thought it was a combined effort to reach the awfulness we had, but the first two games this year have looked entirely on the offensive line. So I agree with CJ, but he probably shouldn't have said it.

Titans will probably lose and lose bad today. Stafford vs our defense is a terrifying thought.

I didn't think the Titans could lose games they weren't scheduled to play, but maybe they're that bad this season.
