He's [expletive] right. Our lack of ass-washing technology is right up there with out terrible schools and terrible internet in how much rest of the world shames us. I WISH TO BE SPRAYED CLEAN LIKE A HUMAN BEING.

 

i never really thought about it, but i read something somewhere the other day about japanese toilets. it made that point that if someone was about to cook me dinner and said "hey, let me clean up first" and then wiped a paper towel on his hands and dug in, i'd flip out. so why am i cool with doing the same thing with a place that ACTIVELY HAS POO?

 

EXACTLY. We act like scraping away with fuckin' paper is the pinnacle of technology when it comes to the most disgusting part of the day. Toilet paper should be banned; all we need are robot toilets and the wet wipes.
