I think that yet again, this shows the committee is placing a huge emphasis on the conference tournament

 

They were 6-6 in their last 12 games, their RPI dropped to the 20's, their SOS was in the 40's. I don't think it has a ton to do with the conference tourney. I would have had them as a 3 seed but I'm not surprised
