I am way out of my league at this point. To speed it along (sorry exile) I'll go ahead any pick anyway. The Colts could use a receiving TE, so I'll go with Ladarius Green, TE out of Louisiana-Lafayette.

I don't know who Robert Turbin is so I'll take him since Bush left.

Turbin's a shifty running back from Utah State.

Shifty isn't the word I would use for the 230 pounder. I kind of see him as a Shonn Greene clone.

Yeah, not sure what I was thinking there. I might have been confusing Turbin with Utah State's QB from last year (Keeton, I believe) who is pretty shifty, and exciting. Or I might have been confused because I was posting right after I woke up.

This teammate, Michael Smith, is a pretty underrated athlete and comes much closer to the shifty term. I like Smith quite a bit as a sleeper...

I saw Utah State play twice this year, and Michael Smith was extremely impressive. He reminds me a lot of a faster version of Ahmad Bradshaw.

FWIW, Turbin is probably the most (legally) ripped human being I've ever seen.

Hmmm....this is a fairly easy question maybe but I want to ask it anyway:

There's two OT prospects who were once very touted but now might not go until the 4th at the earliest due to injury, Nate Potter and Andrew Datko.. Which is less finished as a prospect and will make it in the NFL? I'll throw out that Datko was probably more complete as a prospect before injuries, but both have been hit really hard with injuries.

Potter is the least polished of the two. Both are 3-4 year starters, but Datko has legit NFL size/strength, while Potter needs to get stronger. Potter put on about 10lbs for the combine to get over the 300lb mark. Datko took off about 10 and is still in the 315 range. And despite both being college LTs, gotta remember that Potter played with a left-handed QB, so he has never protected a QBs blindside. Potter probably needs to be in a zone blocking scheme, due to his lack of strength at the point of attack, but he is very athletic. Datko's shoulders are a huge issue though. He would have left FSU for the NFL last year if he was healthy.

Been out of town this weekend and now see that I'm up next. Don't really have time to look through things this morning before work.

Right now I would be looking for the best safety available if there's a decent one ranked in this range or a HB/kick return guy. If someone wants to make that call, go ahead to keep this thing rolling along. Otherwise I can figure it out late this afternoon.

Is this too early for Jeff Demps? He would fit hawkeye's description perfectly, but seems a bit risky here. Michael Smith might be another possibility. Tauren Poole might be the best back left, but that's not saying a lot.

The safeties have been picked pretty clean for the moment, I think. I like Janzen Jackson's talent a lot, but there's a lot of question marks there. Maybe Aaron Henry as well?

100. Browns (gorbs27)

101. Jaguars (rawaction)

No worries. I've been out of town/busy at work, so I haven't even checked this thread (sorry). Regardless, I'm like you; so I would not have been any help with the Colts pick at this point in the draft. A receiving tight end is needed, though.

The Redskins need some depth on the offensive line with Jammal Brown getting a bit old and injured. I like Nate Potter's athleticism in Shanahan's scheme and think he could be a good fit. So, the Redskins select Nate Potter, OT, Boise State. ManCrushOnNomar and the Dolphins are now on the clock.

Next 3 picks:

104. Panthers (Andy)

105. Bills (imb!)

106. Seahawks (sulley)

The Dolphins traded away one big, athletic receiver in Brandon Marshall, so I'll give them another one here. The Dolphins select Marvin McNutt, WR, Iowa. Andy and the Panthers are on the clock. I'll PM him.

Did the Bucs not have a 4th rd pick?

According to NFL.com's draft order, the Bucs' only 4th round pick went to the Texans through the Eagles. The Bucs traded a 2011 4th rounder and this year's 4th to Philly so they could move up and take Luke Stocker last year. Philly then packaged this 4th round pick plus a third rounder to the Texans for Demeco Ryans and a third rounder.

Yeah, we cut the time to 12 hours each. If you want to change the pick, though, you can. Andy hasn't picked yet.

I was thinking along the same lines, but it looks like somehow Greg Childs has been overlooked so far. I know he's coming off of injury, but his pro day was impressive. Let's go with him over McNutt.

Gotcha. I was actually really surprised McNutt hadn't gone yet, given the B1G slant on this board.
