The Rams/Vikings are the happiest teams around right now. Someone will trade for the #2 now to take RG3, and the Rams should still be able to get Blackmon if they don't go past 6 and the Vikes will be able to get either Jonathan Martin or Riley Reiff for OT.

And if Landry Jones comes out, some team will go after him top 10 also to cause players to fall.

Matt Barkley is returning for his senior season. Sucks for the Bears since he was a sure-fire top 10 pick at position that isn't a need and would allow someone to fall.

Well that changes everything for me

Helps the Colts haul if they trade Luck

Sounds like there is no way of that happening if they keep Polian. And unfortunately, I don't think Irsay will fire Polian just yet.

I really wish the Polians would go away.

Anyone know where Kellen Moore is expected to go? I would love to see the Bears draft him as a backup.

he's 6 feet, so knowing most nfl teams they won't even put him on their board

Looks like he has a noodle arm too. That could just be my perception since he's a lefty though. They rarely look smooth throwing the ball to me.

Arm strength is defintely the biggest concern I've read about. His accuracy is good, but they're worried he won't be able to stretch a defense in the NFL.

The Rams need the No. 1 pick in the worst way since they have holes everywhere, but I really question how much a team would be willing to sacrifice for Luck. I know Atlanta paid through the nose for Julio Jones, but would teams be willing to give up half their draft for Luck or RG3?

i predict Miami goes balls out for Luck. They're not as bad as their record, with the right guy at QB they could turn around quick.

Too bad Oakland can't give up another entire draft.

Yeah, Miami should. They have a franchise LT. A C for the next 10 years. A top 15 WR. No star, but 2 very solid RBs. They have a young defense that's top 5 in points per game already. If they can come out of this draft with a franchise QB and get 1 more lineman, they are a strong contender for a playoff spot next year. I also think they are a sleeper destination for Bill Cowher.

it's hard to imagine Miami getting Luck without throwing their entire draft+ at him, and they have enough needs that I wouldn't consider that wise. Barkley not coming out definitely complicates things, though, and I'm not sure who's left that I'd want where they'd end up drafting. Tannehill? Landry?

I don't think they have so many needs where they have to every pick over the next few years to compete. They don't have very many FAs of any consequence. Obviously a team with 5 wins has holes, but they have plenty of young talent and some at pretty key positions. They have a LT, C, run game, 1000 yard WR, and set on defense with a stud pass rusher, ILB, and CB.

The Falcons gave up a 1st, 2nd, 4th last year and a 1st and 4th this year. They didn't move to #1 overall, but they moved all the way up from 27. Using that deal as a reference, I think the Dolphins would be looking at giving their 1st for 2012 and 2013. Their 2nd and 4th from 2012 and probably a 3rd in 2013. It's a lot, but I think they can fill a couple DL spots, TE, and CB depth thru the draft and free agency pretty easily.

The Vikings just need two more losses and a Colts win against the Jags to get the #1 pick. Please don't beat the Redskins.

They might need a RB with that pick now.

Having Peterson and Ponder both get hurt while somehow still winning was about as bad as it gets.

Andrew Luck isn't the answer for Miami. Peyton Manning is. They've got a team that's ready to win now. The Colts will have to cut Peyton and my guess is Miami is where he's headed.

The Colts owner came out a few days ago and said that if Peyton is healthy, that he'll be back with the Colts (although they are still very likely to also draft a QB).

Yeah, I saw that. I figure it's just a last gasp effort to make people think that. Archie's already said he didn't like the idea of Peyton and Luck on the same team basically. And with Peyton's health concernes, his 28 mill roster bonus at the beginning of March is going to be a ridiculous check for them to stroke. This is going to be a game of chicken, because Peyton's not going to restructure unless he's guaranteed they won't be drafting his successor. The Colts aren't going to go for that and will be trying their damndest to trade him. But no team is trading for him and then have to stroke that 28 mill check either. So, in the end, he's going to get cut.

Watch out for the Jets to go after him pretty hard.

I've thought about that too. I think it boils down to whether Peyton wants to be in the same city as Eli or not. Marketing advantage possibly? But the other part of me thinks that Rex Ryan is probably the last coach on earth Manning would want to play for. Meanwhile, the Fins will have the ability to hire a coach Peyton approves of. I bet it's already entered their minds about this too. And what better way to reenergize a fanbase than to bring Peyton Manning and Bill Cowher in? I could see Kansas City as another team that'd be attractive for Manning possibly. I can't see him going somewhere that's not ready to win. My darkhorse landing spot for him is Baltimore, if Flacco falters in the playoffs.
