Damn. I've been totally blowing off hockey due to other things. I'm going to have to start watching this team again :)

This team is starting to roll...

It's not that meaningful but is this team a President's Trophy type team?

They're winning and getting the points which is what matters, but they're also in 1-goal games almost every night.

I wonder where the random line generator will place him. I think we may see Morin on the 2nd line w/ Kruger and Hossa with Sharp on the top line with Kane and Toews. What kind of player is Morin defensively? I'm not one of those people that's looking to move Stalberg down to the 4th line but that might make the most sense putting him with Myers and Carcillo.

I hate how more Blackhawks games aren't available on the dish here in Fort Wayne. Well, yeah I could get Center Ice but it is just weird. I can get almost every Cubs game and Bulls game here but not the Blackhawks??? No I'm not a Bulls fan but still, their games are usually available if I wanted to watch.

It's just so weird how the blackout rules work. I'm exactly the opposite. I get no Bulls or Cubs games unless I subscribe. But Blackhawks? I get those without Center Ice. Except the Chicago-local only ones.

Well the Blackhawks don't really get blacked out here per se but they seem to play a lot of games that I can't get anywhere, especially when they are on WGN which apparently is some kind of local WGN for Chicago because those games are not on the WGN superstation or whatever you call it.

Yep there's more than one WGN feed, and it does seem like the Hawks are on the local-only one a lot.

Just got home from the Blues game. They are nipping at our heels. Real good game with CBJ tonight.

What happened to Seabrook?

concussion, although I didn't see it.

How was the big fight, anyway? I was in the car at the time and the radio announcers were going nuts for about 10 minutes

Bickell got some good shots. Landed like 7-8 in a row. Eventually the other dude (forgot who) landed on top of him while they fell but clearly the good guy won.

Nice to see this team playing so well. 9-1-1 in their last 11.

Q got his 600th win as head coach tonight. It's funny to think that Q is still over 600 wins away from even approaching Scotty Bowman. Congrats to Quenneville.

i really liked havlat, but i'm so glad we chose hossa over him.

hossa's having a great season, hopefully he stays healthy.

I saw SJ play last week here against the Blues and Havlat was damn near invisible. I really hate getting into questioning a guy's will or desire, because what do I know about the guy. But he just seems like he doesn't give it 100% very often.

hossa is a top-tier player, a premium talent. havlat is at least a notch or two below that level.

He's probably hurt or trying to avoid getting hurt
