No. But it makes it much less likely that it will be voided. Bucks lost a 2nd round pick over Bogdanovic last season and they didn't even sign him. I would expect a fine and a loss of a draft pick.

Ditto. I was totally fine for games 1-3. 4 was bad, but this was like game 7 all over again. -

I know earlier in the year when they were struggling, they were seeing in the same range of pitchers per plate appearance and also walking at a similar rate as last year. I would assume those have stayed about the same since we are playing better. If you want to use that as a gauge for "quality abs." The situational hitting has been worse but the RISP hitting has already started to bounce back. Yeah, I was talking more about walk rate rather than RISP hitting. I feel like we haven't worked pitchers much and haven't "accepted" walks for like two months, but I also know I'm talking out of my ass and the numbers wouldn't show that. According to FanGraphs the Cubs BB% last year was 10.4% and this year it is 9.8%

At this point I don't even think we could use Javy as a piece in a trade for a SP like Gray or Darvish.

Batters other than KB are currently 1-27 w/ 15 strikeouts.

Javy's at-bats are so frustrating to watch right now. Last 2 AB's were 2 K's on 6 pitches.

What are you talking about. Fowler and Coghlan gave up on the play. Soler ended up in short center field trying to catch it.

Wait, was that for real? I thought it was a bad joke. He was in AA when we traded him like 4 years ago. If he's really still hung up over it, that's just weird. No that was for real. It is all the announcers talk about during the game. They interviewed LeMahieu postgame and they mentioned that he was a championship level player. They then asked him how or why he was. And he said because I'm playing the Cubs.
