    I moved to Denver 5 days ago. The Rockies announcers are unbearable. All they talk about is how Theo will regret the day he traded DJ for the rest of his life. Used to live in LoDo. I like the Rockies crew. I'll give them a second chance when they aren't playing the Cubs. It's all been DJ+how shitty Castro is. Getting on my nerves.

    I have a picture of Starlin and Banks autographed by both and I'm hoping Starlin gets traded. Sad. He was my favorite player for a long time. But he has been in a slump almost since the beginning of May.

    To be fair, Gasol is a free agent after this season, Noah is fragile and declining. Gasol signed a 3 year deal. Next season is year 2.

    Wright gone. I kinda liked him. Jones would be OK. I really like Justin Anderson as BPA after Harrell, who I don't see as a fit/need. I liked him too and would have been totally ok with the Bulls taking him. But I am really excited about the possibility of having Tyus.

    Rozier and Grant will be gone before the Bulls pick. Will they take Delon Wright over Tyus Jones? I hope not.

    They talk about that a lot on RealGM and while it's valid I think it's overblown and makes it seem like Gar just blindly picks who Lloyd says to. Also, Lloyd made the Teague pick, I don't know why it's suggested he didn't. He stayed on to scout that draft and left the day after. It's possible Gar ignored his advice as he was out he door afterwards but Teague has to be a mark on Lloyds record. Yeah, I didn't completely agree with it, just found it interesting. Gar does seem to take his buddies guys though. It will be interesting to see if Tyus Jones is still on the board and they take Grant still. Really would love to nab Jones at 22.

    Eloy's first hit was a blooper that somehow landed between the pitcher and the second basemen. Absolutely smoked a pitch in his 3rd at bat that was caught by the center fielder. He is a big boy and he has an absolute cannon of an arm. Sands got hit pretty hard from what I saw. Missed some of the game cause it took 2 full innings to get a beer and a hot dog.

    Yes and was probably the #2 piece (behind Maybin) in the trade to Miami for Cabrera No. He was in the Anibal Sanchez trade.

Players who are currently on the Chicago Cubs 40 Man Roster - Gonzalez Germen, Dallas Beeler, Eric Jokisch, Brian Schlitter, Jonathan Herrera, Mike Baxter and Chris Denorfia. Would Travis Wood be the guy to cut or trade if there was a roster crunch? Would they want to get rid of Travis Wood over Edwin Jackson? Would any team give up a comp pick for Travis Wood? No, no and no.
