Is this the game that the Cowboys realize that Romo isn't the guy?

Romo? it was the D in BIG D that fell apart

Granted I didnt watch until the end but I did see Romo fumble the ball away on the goal line, throw an awful interception and not be prepared for a snap with 8 seconds left.

Classic Romo. Shreds the Jets defense (THE JETS) and then challenges Revis for some godforsaken reason and fumbles a QB sneak.

What was going on with Dez towards the end of the game? He literally couldn't move/run. He probably shouldn't have even been out there.

dehydrated, i think. I was working/watching so i might be wrong. We have absolutely no depth at wr (SHOULD HAVE KEPT SAM HURD NOT REALLY) so they just threw his dead body out there

It's so entertaining not watching the game and trying to figure out what's going on by the posts in this thread. I'm gonna have to watch the highlights, because I have no idea right now.

Romo's the reason why they lost. That fumble at the 1 ultimately ended up being the deciding factor in the game.

Romo deserves his share of the blame for the fumble when if he throws it away, it's an easy FG. BUT...the turning point was the blocked punt.

That turned it from a 14 pt lead to a 7 point lead. Sure, the Jets may still have driven the length of the field after the punt and cut the lead to seven, but I think that play was a bigger deal than the Romo fumble.

Both were big gaffes, for certain.

Dallas clearly missed Roy Williams!

Colts start "adjustment period" without Manning.

That's an interesting way to put it.

I would expect the Colts to play better in future weeks. Houston is maybe the worst matchup in the whole league for the Colts. The Colts have looked awful against them several times over the last few years. This game could have gotten ugly even with Manning. But all the flaws of the Colts that Manning has been obscuring over the last couple years came out in full force yesterday.

Interesting to see Mario Williams admit that they were simulating the snap count to induce false starts which of course is a penalty.

Eric Berry done for the year with a torn ACL. Well at least I won't have to bother trying to find a stream of Chiefs games.

that sucks, he's already one of my favorite players in the league. should make our life easier Sunday, though

thinking about it, yesterday's game couldn't have gone any better. we dominated Tampa enough to feel great about our ability as a team, but still made plenty enough mistakes in execution and discipline to give the coaches things to complain about in film study. physically, Calvin's the most perfect specimen i've ever seen play WR, like he was created out of a lab by mad scientists or something: "let's make him 6'5 with a 45" vertical and 4.35 speed and hands the size of dinner plates!" (*hands rubbing together, evil laughter*)

don't want to look too far ahead, but Dallas, NYG, Atlanta, NO losing this week can only help us

I'm not saying Simmons makes great picks, but had Dallas pulled off the upset, would you give him grief over the Jets as a playoff team in the AFC losing to Dallas?

Probably, since he gave him grief for St. Louis losing to Philly (another playoff predicted team with a better record).

Then he needs to give Simmons grief for New Orleans losing to Green Bay.

He gave them grief for getting blown out at home, not for just losing. And unless I'm mistaken didn't Simmons also pick the Rams in that game?
