You could make a not totally outrageous case for Ramirez as an all-star

McGehee having a .596 OPS and -0.5 WAR gives me an irrational amount of happiness.

Well it does remove one of the irrational rants meat head Cub fans like to use against Hendry. Now if Hamilton could just implode we'd be doing alright.

Except for the whole "the Cubs still suck" thing.

And we need Kenny Lofton to die.

Wait he's not dead? Are you sure?

I think his well pronounced struggles in day games this year will eliminate a large portion of those meatballs.

And Hak Ju Lee and Chris Archer to never make it past AA.

And Josh Hamilton was no more a Cub than Tim Lincecum.

Rant more, Brenly

For those of us not able to see the game, what is he ranting about? My guess is the errors by Cub pitchers.

Nah, this time it was the strike zone. Garza had thrown 3 strikes according to their strike zone and yet only 1 of those was called.

His biggest rant today was probably earlier in the game when Soto and Pena let a foul ball popup drop between them.

I thought the gamecast thing was just being screwy. They've showed an awful lot of balls right in the middle of the zone.
