Keep this going if it means a fire sale and firings coming..I don't really want them to get back to .500 because you know they'll feel like they made some kind of good progress and came back from 15 games under with all those injuries and fought back and come up with some feel good,positive BS to the fans and lie to themselves, even though there was no pressure and Hendry,Quade and everyone will stay intact next year. Im up for them going as low as they can this year until some changes are made.

My guess is the most dramatic firings they will do midseason is replacing the pitching coach.

 

 

And Ramirez might actually be heating up for real this time. The OPS is over 800 in June.

Im really starting to hope theres a way to keep Aramis for next year that doesnt involve $16 million. 8 mil+incentives with a vesting option for 2013 sounds about right judging by his age and injury history. Edited by Little Slide Rooter

I dont know about that, but I wouldnt be surprised if someone offered him something like 3/28+incentives, if for no other reason the incredibly weak FA market aside from the 2 big 1Bs.

Im pretty sure that if it ever came down to Castro vs. Quade, only 1 can stay, theyd waste no time sending Quade on his way. We just better hope Koyie Hill doesnt develope a beef with Starlin :D

I wouldn't assume such an offer will exist without Ramirez showing some serious improvement. 3-4 years maybe, but at less money than that.

Well it does remove one of the irrational rants meat head Cub fans like to use against Hendry. Now if Hamilton could just implode we'd be doing alright.
