Um, hi. Excuse me. Why is Reed Johnson playing for Fukudome?

He's not he's in left for Soriano because he plays defense like my grandmother.

i had to run out for a couple innings, has there been any word on Cashner?

None.

And I think Roberts was out.

I guess to allow Marshall to pitch the 10th if need be?

That's what I'm presuming as well. Marshall would be up 5th in the bottom of the 9th otherwise and it would be hard to take him down at that point with only Grabow left.

I would assume to get the pitcher's spot in the order as far away as possible due to having no one left in the bullpen. If its for defense, one of us might have to pull a Tonya Harding on Quade because Fuku is better on D, especially in RF.

He is? What the [expletive].

Yeah, double switch with the pitchers spot in the lineup, which was seventh after an earlier double switch.

He would've been leading off, wouldn't he?

Did he squeeze sawdust out of his bat and yell "this one's for mommy"?

Nice to get the out but that was another supremely bad luck play. That would've been a double play if it got past Marshall.

I think, anyway.

Great play by Starlin to at least get an out. Very close play at first.
