Almost certainly Casey Coleman would get the first look which is part of the reason they sent him down to AAA to start.

Yeah, but that just leaves Marshall available for the 9th and beyond. This is especially bad because you had to know that Cashner would require more bullpen usage than our other starters. Again, hope he learns from it.
