tO$U fans are absolutely throwing Smalls under the bus today on sports radio. Call after call of him being a snitch, being disloyal to the program, never being allowed back in Columbus, etc.

 

The co-host of the 1-3pm show is Demetrius Stanley, an O$U player from the late 90's. He was going out of his mind, practically yelling about how Smalls shouldn't have brought anyone else into this, how it was "fine" if he wanted to implicate himself, but he shouldn't name names or insinuate anyone else was involved. I've never heard someone sound more guilty (and panicked) on the radio.

 

Considering what they did to Herbstreit this is not at all surprising. Sounds like Smalls his a little bit of a grudge against The Vest.

Herbie + ESP$N and the Media have destroyed any chance of a young man in Ohio fulfilling his dream and playing for JT. Heck , The high school football players and parents in Ohio knew and appreciated HC Jim Tressel. This is a travesty by the lying and money hungry Media ...Who could care less about the future of young men who play football.

All of the OSU message boards are still talking about how Tressel is a "class act" and that he's a "man of character."

 

It will be interesting to see how they feel once this SI article comes out. I hear it's a doozy. Rumors of free housing, girls paid to have sex with players/recruits, Tenn Ginn Sr paid to funnel recruits, drug dealing. I'm sure OSU fans won't change their opinion once the article comes out though.

Outside of a nutjob like Kiffen no one is going to take this job until the lubrication dries from the ribbing the NCAA is going to give them. Pretty soon they will be praying for USC like penalties and not worse which they will get.
