I think it has to do with everyone thought he was overrated in college and ESPN and such would talk him up and he played for Florida. But in the NFL everyone thinks he will be a big bust, so it would be cool to see him do well.

Living with a Broncos fan, who was rooting for the Tebow pick because he is a "winner", and annoyingly has been talking about how good he will be in the NFL, I can't get behind this statement.

Part of the process of learning how to close games is to have successes to draw back on. Lions should be legit dangerous next year with another good offseason.
