Minnesota has now been the most victimized team by Devin Hester

Minnesota - 3 (2006, 2007, 2010)

Green Bay - 2 (2006, 2010)

Denver - 2 (2007x2)

St. Louis - 2 (2006x2)

Arizona - 1 (2006)

New York Giants - 1 (2006 - Missed FG)

Indianapolis - 1 (2006 - Super Bowl)

Kansas City - 1 (2007)

Detroit - 1 (2007)

New Orleans - 1 (2007)

Seattle - 1 (2010)

It feels like he's had about 10 against us. He's had some long returns that didn't go all the way like the kick return last night.

It really is amazing to watch all of those and see how much just a little hesitation or jab step in the right direction throws the coverage off just enough and sets up the blocks so he can get through. His vision on those play is just amazing too, there's a couple end zone shots where there's no room and he squeezes right through just as a hole opens up.

This is still my favorite Devin Hester return, even though it came with Miami in 2005. I had to watch this video like 10 times the first time I saw it because it was so badass. My favorite part is when he goes around the edge and gets a little space and there is a defender coming at him from the left side. He stops on a dime, hesitates looking towards the defender, just enough to take him off his angle to Hester, and then bounces back outside and runs it in.

So here is Childress and they won three straight playoff games with Gus Frerotte and Travis, whatever his name is, Tarvaris Jackson playing quarterback, their roster was so good,

What the [expletive] is that supposed to mean? He also conveniently ignores that Favre was one of the top 3 QB's in the league last year so that whole first part of his rant doesn't really fit.

His obsession with Favre is bizarre. He will go anywhere to rant about him and the whole thing started because he thought he was a traitor for becoming a Viking after being a Packer.

Tarkenton is wrong on numerous occasions in that article. The Vikings only won one playoff game in 2009, not three in a row with Jackson and Frerotte since that was their only playoff win under Childress. Frerotte did play some that season, but you really can't say that they won playoff games with him since he was sitting on the bench. The Packers and Jets did not give up on Favre since Favre retired on them. I have a feeling Favre would have still played the year after he gave up the INT to the Giants in the NFC Championship game with the Packers if he hadn't told them he was going to stay retired and Green Bay went out and drafted two QBs. Favre had a great year last year and I don't think McNabb would have been any more productive with this Vikings team than Favre was this year with Rice being out. McNabb is having the worst year or his career.

I dislike Favre just as much as the next guy, but I really don't think there was a better QB than Favre available. Vick wasn't going anywhere.

They won 0 playoff games under Childress before Favre.

Yeah you are right. They hadn't won a playoff game before Favre since Culpepper in 2004. Either way, Jackson/Frerrote did not win three in a row as QB of the Vikings.

Brad Biggs is tweeting that EJ Henderson ran onto the field from the sidelines during Hester's punt return td. Bizarre.

Here's the video:

I can't see if its Henderson or not, but a Viking definitely runs out of the field and start chasing him at about the 30 yard line.

Haha I didn't catch that while I was watching the game but you are right!

You should have read the later posts. Biggs corrected himself. Henderson had been pushed out of bounds because of some great blocking by the Bears. You can see two Bears blocking him out of bounds as soon as the punt is in midair.
