Originally, I said I'd be rooting for Minnesota on Sunday but now I'm indifferent. If Minnesota wins that game, they suddenly have a burst of confidence and you know they'll be up to play us the following week. Meanwhile, the Bears hit the toughest part of their schedule after the game on Sunday. It'd be nice to be two games up on both Minnesota and Chicago, but I think Minnesota's season is going to basically hinge on what happens in Chicago this weekend.

All that being said, go Ravens and Cowboys (lol).

Go Broncos.

How nice is it to be rooting against a team because it would help the Raiders out this late in the season?

Awesome. Even when the Raiders were making the playoffs those three years, they were pretty safe and never really needed any help.

I'm slowly talking myself into believing the Raiders can go at least 4-3 down the stretch to finish at least 9-7 and tie for the division, then winning it based on a better head-to-head or division record (Raiders are already 3-0 while the Chiefs are 1-1 and SD 0-2).

As the team was melting down Sunday, so was the Dallas Cowboys' website.

The club apparently forgot to renew its registration on the dallascowboys.com domain and the site was pulled Sunday night, replaced with a generic page indicating the address was available for purchase from Network Solutions LLC.

The team quickly renewed its registration, but it takes up to 48 hours for all Internet servers to recognize renewals.

As a result, many fans visiting the site Monday eager for news about the Cowboys' flop in Green Bay and the status of head coach Wade Phillips were greeted with a stock image of two kids playing soccer.

That would have been awesome to buy that domain real quick.

And that he blocks on CJs runs away from him. That may be too much to ask, but if he does that he has a shot at a ring this year.

LOL you serious?

Serious about what? Him blocking or the Titans having a chance to win the Super Bowl if Moss plays?

Him blocking away from the play (or really any play) for the first time in over a decade. I love him as a player. He's still one of my all-time favorites. But come on now, be realistic.

I was hoping maybe he'd block some when he was happy. I hadn't really payed that much attention to his blocking at the times when he was happy, so my hope was that his lack of blocking happened primarily when he decided he was unhappy.

Whether or not he does it will have very little impact on whether or not the Titans win.

It'll mean more for the Titans than most teams because we're reliant on CJ making big plays – and many of his big plays come on cutback runs. If those cutback lanes are filled, it makes it more difficult for us to score.

Obviously Moss was brought in for his deep threat ability and to pull an extra defender out of the box to help out CJ, but it would help if Moss would deliver a few blocks here and there.

You need to be good at blocking if your decision to start blocking is going to make any difference.

This is a good point. Like I said, I've never focused on what kind of a blocker Moss is, but my hope is that he'll at least put some effort into it because CJ isn't the type of runner who always runs to the direction of the playcall.

Moss has always had the reputation of not blocking, but I wasn't sure if that was primarily just when he was unhappy or if he was just a poor/indifferent blocker on every play.

He usually chooses not to but even when he does try, he's bad at it. If the run is coming near him he'll make an attempt but isn't successful. When it's to the opposite side, forget about it.

Well crap. Not surprising in the least, but I was hoping he'd block more (and better) when he was happy.

1. Ryan vs. Flacco.

Great Thursday game this week, the 6-2 Falcons and the 6-2 Ravens in Atlanta. The way the NFL schedule works -- assuming the format doesn't change in the new collective bargaining agreement -- Flacco and Ryan, should they stay on their same teams for the next decade, would meet in years three (this year), seven and 11. How odd, and sad, would it be if these good, young quarterbacks faced each other only three non-Super Bowl times?

Why is this sad? Why is sad even on the list of words you would consider using in that sentence? There are 16 teams in each conference, you can't play them all every other year. Who gives a crap that Matt Ryan and Joe Flacco may only play each other 3 times in 11 years? Do you know how many times Peyton Manning and McNabb have played each other? 3 times. Who cares?

Yeah that makes no sense. How far does this extend? What about Rivers and Rodgers? How about Schaub and Romo? Let's make sure Stafford and Bradford meet Sanchez often. Let's throw Josh Freeman in there too and make sure he meets up with all these guys.

WHAT ABOUT RODGERS AND HENNE?!! The NFL is full on MONSTERS for letting this happen. What an injustice.
