Not a really good game from Taj tonight. Defense has really slacked in the 2nd half.

But Watson on the other hand has had a decent game lol. Figured 2nd half be a let up of sorts. Hard to keep effort level for entire game when leading by 30 so early

Did Derrick Rose have more assists than turnovers today?

Well, the soft underbelly of the schedule is over. Just like the first 20 games were insane, the next 20 games are going to be a challenge for the Bulls.

Well, the stretch is over. Let's see how they did...

Two games each against Utah, New Orleans, Orlando, Miami, Atlanta and Charlotte (who are terrible but 2-0 against the Bulls), along with games against San Antonio, Portland, and the LA Clippers (again, not good, just beat the Bulls in Chicago).

So, swept Utah (who was admittedly a lot more formidable looking with Sloan and Williams), swept New Orleans, swept Orlando, swept Miami, split with Atlanta and probably should have swept them, and swept Charlotte. Beat San Antonio and LA as well. Lost in Portland. 13-2 against that stretch, though, is at least acceptable. :P

Another stretch where 10-10 would be perfectly reasonable (although probably take them out of what contention there is for the #1 seed).

16-4, though? Sure, that would keep them in contention for the #1 seed.

That was really damn cool tonight. The Houston game, that I went to earlier this year, was probably the best Bulls game I've been to. Tonight was certainly the coolest experience I've had at a Bulls game. Between the halftime ceremony and the game itself, it's hard to think of a better regular season game to attend.

$100 well spent.

I'd say this is an easy week coming up for the Bulls with Washington at home and @ NJ, but we are like 2-17 against the Nets in our last 19 games in NJ, and have already lost there once this year.

Stats about a bunch of mediocre teams that were much worse than this one mean just about nothing.

I'm pretty much joking, but the fact that we lost to them in NJ earlier this year makes me feel like theres some magical mental block that prevents the Bulls from winning. We lost to them in NJ last year when they were a 12 win team, and lost to them in NJ this year when we are a 55-60 win team.

The post was more about bringing up the Bulls historically futile record in NJ over the last several years than a prediction for that game based on what teams 3-4 years ago did.

I just want to see us win win win.

Any of you season ticket holders have tickets to Bulls vs Raptors on April 2 that you aren't going to use? I need 4 tickets to that game, tickets on EBAY are pretty high, stubhub isn't bad, but figured Id check here first.

Also just seen I can get standing room only tickets thru the Bulls website for $31 total. How are the ushers at the UC regarding empty seats? If we see seats nobody is sitting in for a bit can we go sit in them or are the ushers pretty strict about that?

Try craigslist. Should be able to find some face value tickets. I just sold mine today for face. Wish I would have seen your post first.

Btw, tied for first!! Thank you, Nets.

Ive looked on Craigslist and it seems there aren't many tickets on there for that Raptors game, or if they are listed on there, they are more than the guys Im going with want to pay. We have the State Bowling Tourney in Aurora that day, and the 4 guys going with me to the game aren't big NBA fans but they want to go for the experience mainly. Which in turn, means they dont really want to spend much to go. We were looking at trying to get the 300 level for $40 or so but the closer it has got to the game it seems that price isn't an option for a group of 4(Stubhub cheapest is $49 before taxes and fees per tkt for 4 together). That is kind of why I was asking about the SRO tickets.

Thanks for the suggestion though.

After seeing this most recent stretch of Bulls games I am not convinced that they have a shot to win the title. Going into the season I thought they could at best get to the Eastern Conference Championship, but I think this team is better than that now. Getting excited.
