I think it was Tuesday when Tony Kornheiser and Mike Wilbon were talking down Kevin Love's streak because it's not even close to Wilt's. I'd say 52 games against the best talent in the world rather than 220 games against 6'3" centers named Archie is a bit more impressive.

Yeah, I don't care what the circumstances are because if a guy does something that nobody else has done in over 30 years, it's impressive.

PTI can be fun to watch at times and entertaining, but those two can say a lot of stupid [expletive].

I'm gonna guess that this is the game that the Heat break through and win a close game and everything will be right in the Heat world for now.

But if they don't it will be hilarious

This is what's dumb about NBA replay and the same thing happened multiple times both ways in the NBA finals.

The ball was obviously off Kobe but he was fouled beforehand by Wede. But they can't review whether there was a foul or not, only who the ball went off of. So they missed two calls (since it was originally ruled Laker ball) but they could only look at one of them.

If you're going to put in replay, you should be able to look at everything when you're reviewing a play.

His Los Angeles Lakers, riding an eight-game winning streak, having elevated their game and their prowess by riding the shoulders of big men Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasol the past two weeks, picked a fine time to come up as miniature as they had appeared entering the All-Star break.

Yeah, a 6-point loss to the Heat in which the game was tied with 2:30 to play is the same thing as losing by 20 in Charlotte and losing in Cleveland.

Kevin Love's double-double streak ended last night at 53 just as everyone suspected it would: not scoring enough points against Golden State.

I didn't know it was possible for a team to only score 77 against the Warriors.

Of course it's possible. BTW, when does the second half of that one start?

A back-to-back against Cleveland and Washington is really not a back-to-back at all

It's about the equivalent of holding practice on back to back days.

This is what happens whenever one good team manages to embarrass another good team. The 2nd game always seems to be a different story. (Miami-San Antonio)

The only way Miami could play better defense right now is if they carried guns. Unfortunately for them, they're still not playing anyone with a mismatch like Derrick or Howard.
