Good to see the Cavs getting off to a good start. Getting to 73 wins would've been awfully difficult if they had dropped the first home game.

I know it's a back to back game and it's just one game in a long season, but I want to be irrational. Suck it LeBron and LeBron is the greatest lovers. All summer we heard how he couldn't be expected win with these no talent bums, who have lost a ton this offseason. And yet they beat Boston and you can't. You are the goat alright. You gave up in the playoffs because it was hard.

It was a great win. I figured they'd come out flatter than day old Coke.

Between the Clippers, Thunder, Bulls, Heat (because I want them to lose), and Celtics (because one of my best friends is a KG fan), I think I'm gonna try to follow the NBA this season. Are there any good free NBA sabermetric sites out there?

I usually go to Basketball Prospectus which, while covering both pro and college basketball, does a decent job in analysis.

Apparently the Heat still have several hundred tickets available for their home opener against the Magic.

They are $177 tickets but still.

I'm interested in Memphis and New Jersey also. The Nets were terrible last year but better than their record, and they made some huge improvements in the offseason. Memphis was doing very well then hit a wall midseason. It'll be interesting to see if they can take the next step this year. Darrell Arthur is looking good. It's funny that of their primary big man rotation when healthy (Gasol/Randolph/Arthur/Thabeet), I like Thabeet the least, easy.
