I think you're obsessing over something needlessly.

Simply wondering why one of our receivers was benched for seemingly no good reason is obsessing over something? More than anything I'm pissed that the Bears haven't given a definitive answer on the matter.

Beat reporter Bob LeGere interprets coordinator Mike Martz's comments about Devin Aromashodu's inability to play the slot as a sign that the receiver "doesn't like going over the middle, where he took a beating in the opener."

Yeah I saw that interview with Martz last night. Makes sense, but immediately afterward I saw a Cutler interview who said it was because he was "banged up". Lol.

Hopefully Aromashodu will be out there Monday night and none of this will even matter.

I just don't understand being "pissed" about something like this. Your posts indicate your are more than just wondering about it, but whatever.

What the Bears owe me are wins, not explanations on every personnel decision they make.

I'm easily happy with 20 or less picks so long as he's throwing the TD's.

Yeah. This offensive line doesn't give him enough time or protection to be turnover free all season. Most of the INT's will likely be from attempting to rid himself of the ball to avoid a sack and long yardage situations. Also, while these quick slant throws worked well against Dallas, it still requires quick reaction by QB and WR, which can sometimes lead to tipped balls/interceptions if the receiver isn't paying close enough attention to Cutler's protection.

As long as the TD's keep coming, I don't care about the INT's.

I don't agree that the Bears "owe" any fan anything. But I also don't agree that we shouldn't get explanations on personnel decisions.

Aromashodu didn't play for 12 games for the league's worst WR corps last year, and then when he did, he was one of the best WRs in the league over the last 4 games. If they aren't playing him, after again leading the team in receiving Week 1, I think there should be some sort of explanation.

I'm not going to harp on it though as it's not like they are just sitting on Randy Moss or something. He's still just a journeyman WR who isn't young anymore and hasn't done anything of note outside of 4 games last year.

Meh, there's no point. I think Bears fans all want to pick the Bears, and Packers fans definitely want to pick the Packers.

Without predicting who wins, I'll predict a 23-17 score. Everyone is expecting a shootout but I think the D's will step up.

Yeah not much point in picking what team will win, but I'll say 31-27. I don't think the defenses will be that great.

It would be pretty sweet if Cutler breaks 1,000 yards passing in his 3rd game of the season (needs 351 yards). Something that is unheard of for a Bears QB.

Score predictions anyone?

As an outsider, I took GB, but I think it will be lower-scoring than people think. 27-20.

I kind of think it will be low scoring too. I see both teams moving the ball but both teams struggling to get in the end zone.

This game will now be for the best team in the NFC period. I know it's early but it's nice to get out to a good start for potential home field advantage.

Wow, I didnt realize that the winner of this game will be the last unbeaten in the NFC and one of either 3 or 4 unbeatens in the NFL (at time of writing Miami is down 4 in the 4th quarter)
