Oh, hey. July is Lou's month. We're sure to go on a 29 game winning streak as soon as the Clubhouse guy remembers to change the calendar in the locker room to July.

Baker has to be pissed that they are walking and scoring runs.

All of this against a Reds lineup with, what, 3 quality hitters? Impressive.

Well I guess I can officially call the season......... the only thing left to do is listen to Ron and Pat because this team is eventually going to be the end of Santo.

Is it fair they put this Schlitter guy directly into the fire the first two appearances he has in the major leagues?

It seems pretty damn horrible for him

Regardless, he's still the Schlitt.

Well, I guess this is kind of 'fun bad.'

I want the Cubs to lose a game by 20 or so runs. I want the game to be so ugly that the fans are actually cheering for the visitor's instead of the Cubs.

Anyone with MLBtv last year remember it coming back early and overhearing Bob say "I wouldn't want my hands on this ****"? Really wishing I could hear what he's saying now.

To be fair though, even Gomes can crush balls placed on a tee for them, in fact, any hitter can - whoops, I meant every hitter except a Cub. Lee and Ramirez couldn't hit .250 in a slow pitch softball league.

Good thing Hill is in there for his defense.

His caught stealing percentage is lower than Soto's, and he has more passed balls in fewer innings, but other than that, he's an awesome defensive catcher.

Maybe Lou hates Soto cause he wouldn't share weed with him.

Randy Wells was in too good of a mood when warmed up with Soto, proving Geo just doesn't take his job seriously.
