Lou's obviously lost all control if this is legit.

 

That's why I buy it. Lou's behavior of late makes me think he's stopped caring. I don't know this of course; its supposition on my part based on the circumstances.

I briefly saw a minute or two of the Cubs game yesterday....has Lou stopped shaving? The guy is totally losing it.

You might be right, but he's also acted like he's on vallium 24-7. Just a guess, admittedly, but I think he's "playin out the string."

So now Ramirez is the root of all the Cubs problems? Hopefully this doesn't turn into something similar to the Bradley fiasco.

 

by the way, thank goodness the cubs got rid of that ahole. sure fixed the [expletive] out of this team.

The last thing this team needs to do is concentrate on is hazing the young talent. If someone is angry with Ramirez because he won't let Castro be abused then consider what he might be protecting the kid from...

 

There are going to be very unhappy players on the team. Some are going to be unhappy with the way Ramirez parts his hair, since he's hitting well below Mendoza. I figure, if Lou thinks there's a real problem, he'd take action.

 

I have no idea why Ramirez is getting the no work tag, but since he's injured, there might be a very good reason. I'm guessing that Ramirez is pretty close to finished. Both he and Z can't be weighing in too heavily on control of the team.... Neither one is even close to earning their salaries. Of course, Zambrano could just pound anyone into submission if they don't like him calling the shots... :wink:

 

Hey, it's time to clean house in Chicago. Build this team around some young players. See if anyone wants to take Lee, Soriano, Ramirez, Zambrano and some of their contracts.... This team is a mess and it isn't gonna get fixed any time soon.

 

Of course there are problems in the clubhouse. Name one veteran player who is playing well enough to lead.
