Palmer is 1 of 10, but really 6 of 10 if you count the 5 passes that hit guys directly in the hands.

Oh woops, INT

indeed. the score should really be 24-3 if the receivers do their job

Some Jersey cement executive types got to the Bengals while they were practicing this week and told them they had nothing to lose by shaving points. I'm convinced of it.

i hope marvin doesn't try to win in the 2nd half. put in all the subs

frankly i don't see the upside of trying to win in the first half. seen a lot of games today where a playoff team's starters basically half-assed it and got outplayed. just puts you in a bad frame of mind for the playoff game... i'd rather just watch my scrubs get stomped by the opponent, like indy did.

So my brother said he saw some pregame interview that Ocho Cinco said he would change his name back to Johnson if Revis shut him down. No more Ocho Cinco I guess.

On a related note Revis is just ridiculous and I think pretty easily the top corner in the league right now.

Alright, so forget what I posted earlier.

NYJ/Cin and Phi/Dal on NBC Saturday.

Bal/NE and Ariz/GB Sunday on their respective conferences' networks.

NBC must have some serious pull to get the PHI/DAL game Saturday night. If the NFL was going to throw them a bone and give them one of the top two attractions I figured it would be NE/BAL.

woodson makes more big plays but revis is better in coverage.

True, but Woodson is no slouch in coverage and he plays the run better then I've ever seen a corner play the run (granted I don't pay too much attention to the corner on run plays). I don't see how you can call Revis the hands down best in the league though. Especially when Woodson is right there as well.

Aaron Rodgers is such a stud.

Finishes the season with 34 total TD's, only 7 INT's

Passed for over 4,400 yards and rushed for over 300.

Packer fans are so lucky to have him.

After that long hard struggle to find a franchise quarterback, they definitely deserve it.

Oh wait, that's the Bears, and our "franchise QB" threw 26 INTs this year.

Woodson only has 2 more INT's than Revis but only half the PD's. Revis has also performed at his best against the leagues best WR's which is a big difference maker in terms of the best CB in my opinion.

Nice win for the Titans today to get to 8-8 and avoid a losing record. And, of course, I'm really happy CJ was able to get 2,000 yards. The holding call on Hall that brought back the 62-yard run was a bit ticky-tack, but by the book it was the right call. Still wish they had missed it so that CJ would've had a chance at Dickerson's record.

Interesting note they showed a few times in the game - CJ is the only running back of the six who have rushed for 2,000 yards to do it for a non-playoff team. That's crazy.

As for the game, the defense played fairly well with rookie linebacker Gerald McRath playing a pretty good game and Rod Hood having an ok day despite being targeted all day long. The offense was ok too, nothing really special. I'll be really interested to see the direction management takes things in the offseason. I can see the positives to continue trying to plug in players and get whatever you can out of guys like KVB, Bulluck, etc, but I can also see the reasons to take a season to rebuild the defense a bit and give Vince another full year of starting before really going full force for a Super Bowl run. The sentimental side of me really wants the most underrated linebacker in the league (Bulluck) to remain a Titan.
