I just pulled up 2 tickets in the 200 level for the washington game, but they were club level, $250 seats. Screw that.

Another thing I hate about ticketmaster is that can't look for best available under lets say $100 or something. If you search for 2 tickets at the $68 range, you are really narrowing down your chances of pulling tickets, especially if you don't mind paying anything under $100. But if you search best available, you always end up with some $250 tickets you can't afford.

You have to specific the 400 level to avoid that. Which sucks because you lose out on all of the endzone seats that are cheaper. And unfortunately, you almost always have to go for 2 tickets. You'll only have a shot at 4 for the least desirable games.

I did well. 4 for the Seahawks and 2 for Patriots online and 2 for the Jets on the automated line.

Not really about the Bears, per se....but I gotta make fun of ex-Bear, current rival Bernard Berrian.

I just watched my DVR of Ochocinco's reality dating show and he has Berrian (B-Twice as he calls him) as his flunky! If anyone has ever seen "Rock of Love" he basically plays the same role as Bret Michaels roadie did. What a punk? Great show though. Ochocinco should always be on TV.

Isaac Bruce and Devin Hester both live in South Florida, and the recently retired wide receiver has shown Hester the ropes during the offseason.

"I asked coach Martz if I could get in touch with Isaac since he was down there already and we hooked up and the guy is amazing," Hester told Neil Hayes of the Chicago Sun-Times on Sunday. "He's one of those guys who takes the time and has fun doing it. He has a passion for it. He takes time out of every day to work with me and spend time with me. It's been a big help in my life."

I love that Hester is doing everything he can to become a legit WR. He hasn't been bad, but this season could determine if he's going to ever be a legit #1 vs. a 3rd WR and kick returner.

I'm looking forward to seeing if Martz' scheme can utilize him as a great slot target.

It might not be a matter of Hester being legit or not, but rather being used in a way that plays to his strengths more.

Bowman at only 74 overall for Madden is a joke. Hester should at least be in the low 80s as well. Everything else looks pretty good.

How much better would our D-line look with Alex Brown....blah.

The Bears released defensive tackle Jimmy Saddler-McQueen and receiver Vic Hall.

They agreed to terms with running back Harvey Unga, selected in the 7th round of the supplemental draft.

I thought I read somewhere that the Bears signed a QB too...

Edit: Mike Teel

Really? That's kind of interesting. I thought I remember him being considered a dark horse QB in his draft, was it 2009? 3+ year starter with improving, but not great, numbers. Decent size. Might be a solid project for Martz to work on.

Yeah, that was in the Trib. It would seem to indicate that a vet backup is probably out of the question at this point.

Wow, those knee concerns must be really worrisome. If he's really running in the 4.4s (which I doubt) at that size, leaping ability, and level of college production he should've been drafted pretty high.

46.5 vertical is insane. That's like 6 inches on Derrick Rose.

Between Freddie Barnes and Alexander we've got to have the best two college fantasy wide receivers ever.

Freddie Barnes is going to make the team. You heard it hear first.

Scouts have questioned his speed, though, and he's not known for being an especially fast player.

Have these people ever even seen Alexander play football? I mean, really?

Watch 6:20, 7:20, or even 8:20 and try to say he's not especially fast. I've never seen so many people have an angle on a ball carrier and then just never get to him as I did with Alexander, including Jeremy Maclin.

Yeah, it's one thing to say you're concerned about his speed due to the surgeries, but to see he's not known for being fast is ridiculous. He was supposed to be Jeremy Maclin before Maclin came around.

Unless these people are just getting confused because he's not a "burner" but more of a glider. If that's the case then they are just stupid.
