by the way, forte [expletive] sucks. he can't do anything unless he is completely untouched for 10 yards and can gain speed. otherwise hes a slow useless 2 ypc rb.

It was a bad throw, but indefensible to force one on the last play of the game, really?

Pretty much.

He had Olsen open the second to last play and overthrew him. The game should have been over with a Bears win.

You Cutler defenders still there?

Yeah. Now go away.

Why would you defend him? Because he has talent, talent he throws away consistently?

you're not acting very Jesus-y tonight

Okay, maybe not indefensible, but I'm just really beside myself about losing that game in that fashion. That said, Olsen didn't seem to be looking for the ball at all and hence I thought it was indefensible. Indefensible may have been a bit of an over-reaction.

You have an odd idea of "open."

That's just not true. Olsen was being mugged...if he didn't over throw it, it would've been an interception, and you'd have been trolling the forum again for that.

Didn't they have a TO left? He could have dove to the ground, taken the sack and still had another play.

You're reaching, Troll. Olsen wasn't open.

All I'm saying is you really can't just take a sack there. Even if Olsen isn't looking, there were 2 defenders about to tackle Cutler, so he pretty much had to try something.

Cutler has struggled in 3 games this year, yes, but the line is just as much a part of it as anything, with their inability to block rushers or open running lanes. With no rushing game, the Bears are basically one-dimensional from the start of the game.

it wasn't the last play of the game though. And he had a to he could have scrambled and maybe he gets in. He also would have had better odds throwing to Bennett who was in his field of vision and more open than where he threw it.

I was one of the bigger Benson defenders on here when he was on the Bears. I said it then, I'll say it now.

Get Forte a line and we'll see how he does.

awful game. Our recievers are dog crap, and are way too young to be starting. Our OC is an idiot and our coach refuses to hold anybody accountable publically.

I'm done watching this season and I hope the bears lose every game from here on out. Change needs to be coming.

He's got 14 TDs and 17 INTs. He's not blameless.

Nope. But not all of those 17 are on him. Hell he had two tonight...one where Hester fell, and the other non-interference call that are easy to explain away.

The focus goes to him because the numbers are on him, but if a receiver screws up, he doesn't get faulted in his stats.

He had at least one big run after contact tonight.

I'd love Turner to start calling some WR routes where they don't come to a complete stop to catch the ball. There's never any momentum for our receivers because they're always sitting somewhere waiting for the ball. Makes the passes awfully easy to read.
