Stop ignoring how many INT's Cutler is throwing. A bad o-line and run game doesn't mean you throw more picks than anyone else in the league. He hasn't learned to throw it away or take the sack instead of forcing it and getting a turnover. That is one of the most important things to learn. And as I write he does it again.

YES IT DOES!

Jesus, man. I'm not even a Bears fan, but come on. Yes, Cutler has made some poor throws. However, when you have a godawful O-line there are men in the backfield far more often. Which means the QB has to rush his throws to avoid the sack. Which lead to....you guessed it... INTERCEPTIONS. It's not that complicated of a formula. Plus, add on top of that, that the bears have showed very poor ability to run the ball. Which means that defenses can sit back and expect the pass. What is so complicated about this formula.

That was certainly interference, but I'm wondering how a tight end gets bounced off the ball by a defensive back. The Bears guy had to have 50 pounds on the Niners guy.

FML. Gore looks like a dislocated shoulder and Coffee is out. Here comes former QB Michael Robinson.

?

He just ran it again.

Guy gliding across the middle vs. a guy coming straight in with a head of steam? It's not hard to see how it happened.

When they score Cutler will be losing this game 14-6 by himself

Did Cutler kick the field goals?

No but he led the drives.

OK, OK 10-6

I understand that fully well however it doesn't mean you throw more interceptions than EVERYONE ELSE. You missed the key part. Sure it means the defense will have an easier time getting picks but it doesn't mean he leads the league in INT's. He is not the only QB with a bad o-line and run game.

You're wasting your breath.

Cubbiebum: Just. Stop. It.

You don't know what the hell you are talking about. You are incorrect about the impact of an o-line and the concomitant lack of a running game and, frankly, you're bordering on trolling.

So is there any question that Forte is kind of a [expletive] and runs with zero authority?

There's been four or five times tonight where it looks like he's going to make a move through a hole and bust one and he gets tackled. He's got to hit the holes better (on the few plays a game where there is one.

I just want to go on record with this. The 49ers are setting themselves for what has happened in every one of their losses except Houston and Atlanta. They lead the whole game and the defense dominates but the offense doesn't get points on the board so when the defense makes one bad play the other team gets a score late and end up winning.

Yeah, that last pick was all on Cutler...

He's making risky throws where if one thing goes wrong it's a likely pick. Sometimes he'll make a great play and everyone will cheer, other times something goes wrong and its picked off. I've seen people make excuses for almost every single Cutler INT this year.

Well, when you have one of the worst O-lines in the league (UMF gave the stats earlier, i believe) and I'd also have to believe that they are towards the bottom of the league in running the ball.....It kind of goes a long way in explaining it. Not to mention the times (especially the GB game) when his receivers just stopped running routes.

What it comes down to is that a lot of his INT's haven't been entirely his fault. Some have. But there are a lot of contributing factors to his poor numbers.

In the NFL almost every pass is risky. I didn't see anything wrong with that last decision.
