You'd think he'd know how to spell Pasadena since USC can't play national championship games and gets "stuck" here every year.

All Michigan had to do was go 1-4 in their last 5 games to make a bowl and it's not gonna happen. What a joke.

 

Michigan has been outscored 75-12 in the second half in their last 3 games. That shows me a coach that can't make adjustments. Making a bowl would have been great for recruiting and great for Rodriguez to get people on his side. Now you have a bunch of unbelievably pissed fans and alumni, and it's gonna be hard for the fans to ever get on his side. How will this hurt recruiting? I'd imagine a bit..no one wants to play for this crappy team. We just got Notre Dame'd. Welcome to perpetual mediocrity.

I've found the perfect opponent to beef up those cupcake Big Ten and SEC non-conference schedule. They"ll even come to your stadiums without requiring a return trip.

So are the big schools scared of playing Boise? Avoiding tough non-conference opponents is the new trend in college football thanks to the BCS. The championship system discourages dangerous, if exciting, out-of-league scheduling as it continues to sap the life out of the regular season
