Stay with the current crop of skill positions on Offense (other than a new back-up RB). Revamp the line -- I mean blow it up (again) and finally freakin' fix it.

Well, there it is. The Bears have made winning ugly into an art form the last two weeks.

Agreed. I'd keep Williams who has looked good the past few weeks before today.

The problem is the defense is aging and really needs to be addressed - CB, DE if Ogun is gone, LB depth, etc.

these close games are fun and all, but I could go for a nice relaxing game sometime soon

Well hey look at that Detroit is next week!

I don't care that they won, they are still an awful team and I'm cocky enough to predict an easy win. The Lions won't be within 10 points of the Bears.

We all wanted to come out of the first three games with a 2-1 record, and we did just that. Sure, we could be 3-0, but I'm thrilled with a 2-1 record, especially because I don't think we've played our best ball yet.

I thought through the first three games both GB and Minnesota would be 3-0. Green Bay, IMO, lost one they shouldn't have (going into the game), so that's big for us. We almost got Minnesota to lose one, but they pulled it out. Either way, I like where we're sitting right now.

LOL, the moderator asked reporters if there was any other questions for Cutler, and he snapped back "Nope, thanks" and walked off the set.

Heh go figure. Turner didnt even call that TD pass to Olsen, it was 1 play of 3 or 4 that he let Cutler choose from.

Let cutler choose the play. I think you may be on to something, Ron

The Eli Manning Effect? Except less [expletive].

The thing that's awesome about the last 2 wins is that they are common opponents for our NFC North rivals. We were able to beat the Steelers and the Seahawks, but will the Packers and Vikings? Maybe but those are 2 formidable opponents, especially because Seattle will likely get healthy by the time they play both of them.

Meanwhile, the Vikings have already gotten their free wins over Cleveland and the first Detroit game, and the Packers have already gotten their free win over St. Louis. We still get to play those 3. The Bears managed to play 3 tough opponents, and still remain only 1 game behind the leader.

It sucks that the Bears got to play the Seahawks B squad and that Mare missed 2 FG's

HOWEVER, a win is a win, I hate blaming season's/games on injurys. 2-1 is 2-1.

And Cutler played well, and Hester looks already 10x better then I thought he would.

BTW, I thought the Bears LBs really played well yesterday. Briggs was excellent as usual, but Hillenmeyer was good before he got hurt, and I thought Roach was great.
