Did anyone who went to Spring Training notice that the Aaron Miles themesong was "Iron Man" whenever he came to the plate? It was funny at the time, but is even funnier now.

Its a damn joke that Miles sees actualy playing time. Blanco, Castro, hell just about every SS in our minors would probably out perform him

You almost have to try to be that bad. At this point his plummeting OPS is giving me a morbid sense of enjoyment.

Me too. At this point I almost root for him to make outs as long as it's not a big spot because it's fun to laugh at him.

Miles has one hit since June 20th. It's mid-late august and he has one hit in the entire summer

 

(ok, I'm cheating, a bit)

 

not that his 1 for 16 in August is any good

Yup nice play. This 2nd time around I expect the Cards to mash Haeger. His knuckle isnt really doing anything
