According to MLBTR, Rolen still has to approve the deal.

 

I highly doubt it. The Reds are very discouraged with Encarnacion. Also, Jocketty and Rolen have a good relationship from their days in St. Louis. Rolen also grew up not too far from Cincinnati in Jasper, Indiana.

 

He'll stay.

Does anyone know what injury Encarnacion had earlier this season? The guy wasn't bad offensively for a third baseman the previous three seasons, and is only 26. I'm curious if he'll stick at third though, because I've heard he's pretty bad with the glove.
