He's not leaving stuff over the plate, and the Cubs aren't punishing any early strikes. The two baserunners part is on the Cubs, but he's deservedly shut them out thus far. Keyword is thus far, it'll take very little time for him to drop a couple runs if he isn't careful. Hopefully things change soon, 'cause it's not like he's got killer stuff.

Ive watched this like a million times and cant figure out where it hit. I don't think the gif shows all of the frames, but on the broadcast, you can tell it hits just below wood's right knee... then it is hard to tell but I think it bounces off of his chair in between his legs. True. I thought his leg during the broadcast, but this gif makes it look a little different. Must be the missing frames... -
