Not to complain about the ump, but there were a lot of tough strike calls on Lee today and Kawamaki pitched really well against him today. He did exactly what he wanted against Lee and was given some extra off the outside corner.

At the end of the Brewers series, I was looking forward to the Cards series thinking we can take 2 of 3 from those bozos. After the Braves series, I realize the Cubs are the bozos and I am not looking forward to the Cards series.

I need to take advantage of Gameday Audio more. I only listened to about an inning and a half in the car, but Santo was a constant source of entertainment. Several "how many times can this happen?" outbursts, plus he spent 5 minutes relaying a trivia question from a listener that turned out to be completely wrong.
