Even if UK hadn't gotten it, they likely would have combed through the history books and found some old wins like they did every other time someone gets close to catching them for the all-time wins record.

The officiating is terrible in this game; Hightower is terrible.

 

he seemingly refs every game on TV. there must be 100 clones of Ed Hightower

I was being sarcastic. I edited the first post so I got right the second time.

 

BTW we really need to get a smiley for a joke that goes over someones head. Either wind going over the head or the hand motion everyone makes.

And DePaul loses to Florida Gulf Coast a week after losing to American University. I would say they should be in the Horizon League, but that would be an insult to the Horizon League.

And to think, I thought they were actually going to be respectable this year after their decent start to the season.

man I can't wait to lose to Illinois tonight for the 398th straight season.

 

you have an advantage in the fact that i am an illinois fan.

 

theres no way that mizzou wins this game. it's away from mizzou arena, so it's impossible for us to win.

One step forward, two steps back for IU. Not terribly surprising, but still disappointing. Eh...

 

The most disappointing part was seeing them get outhustled in the first half. It was like we came out ready to sleep walk to a win and Loyola was clearly fired up and ready to go. I mean they did shoot lights out in the first half but we needed to at least match their intensity.

 

The comeback in the 2nd half was awesome but to see them fall short on the missed free throws........frustrating.

 

And oh boy remind me to just stay off IU basketball message boards. What a riot. BRING BACK ALFORD, FIRE CREAN, OMG KNIGHT WOULD NOT HAVE LOST THAT GAME. :banghead:
