Whether or not Lebron stays i think depends entirely on how they do next year. If he's happy with the progress they're making (especially if they win the championship) he'll stay. If he were a free agent at this exact moment, I'd wager that he stays as well.

If they make another early exit in the East next year, theres a chance he'd leave. But would he really want to go the mess that is New York?

I say yes. He wants to be the biggest superstar on the planet. Just imagine what it could do for his legacy if he was able to turn around that decrepit franchise. Its all about ego.

I say no. Lebron is good, really good, but not good enough to elevate the piece of crap knowns as the Knicks. If LBJ went to NY he would be further away from a championship then he is with Cleveland. I know the Knicks fans are praying they can get LBJ, but I just don't see NY being a viable option for James.

Chicago is where he should want to go. Team him with DRose and there is no way they don't win a few titles.

I don't think he'll want to play in MJ's shadow more than he already is. Especially with the 23 and chalk throwing stuff.

I know. Just a pipe dream, but the point remians those two together would be amazing. I don't get the whole shadow thing though. Mickey Mantle did ok for himself following Joe D.

Turkoglu, Lewis and Howard were a combined 6-27 from the field. Not that the rest of the Magic were much better.

I know some of it was good defense by the Lakers but just as much was crappy shooting from Orlando. It was like the opposite of the Cleveland series where Orlando was hitting everything. The Magic were missing wide open shots tonight.

Really crappy outcome for Orlando tonight, but it doesn't kill their chances of winning the series. If they shoot even decently they have a very close game. I'll be willing to bet Game 2 is very close.

That's what jumped out at me tonight; LA's defense was pretty good but Orlando missed a ton of open shots tonight. The odds of that happening two nights in a row are pretty low. That being said, the Lakers came out ready to play tonight as evident by the final score.

Yeah. Orlando was way overdue for a bad shooting night at some point in the playoffs but if they shoot 30% from the field again, I'll be shocked.

A 40 percent shooting night is about 31-for-77 from the field which is an extra 8 field goals or 16 points. Add in an extra 3-pointer or two and that's 17-18 points. That makes it a 7-8 point game.

I hate the Lakers as your probably can tell.

Orlando missed so many wide open shots, it was disgusting.

However, there was no way Kobe was going to let his team lose last night. Dude was amazing.

I didn't realize Nick Anderson was back with the Magic.

Make your bloody FTs.

A great big man would probably make LeBron's best pairing.

In that case, we'll take him. Howard and LeBron >>> Shaq and Kobe. :D

Even as a Cavs fan, I'm going to have to disagree. Howard isn't even close to being what Shaq used to be.

That said, where were these missed shots when Orlando was playing Cleveland? =/

STOP COMMITTING STUPID FOULS ANDREW BYNUM

You had good fouls last game like hacking Howard so he couldn't get an easy dunk or layup. Today at least two of your fouls are stupid, unnecessary touch fouls.

Jack Nicholson is annoying as hell.

If that's a foul, then everything is a foul.

They've been hit or miss on calling things tight and loose all game long. They call a weak touch foul on one end and then allow contact on the other end.

And yeah, that wasn't a foul.

And now here comes the time of the game where Kobe gets a foul called every time down the court. When he deserves about 25% of the fouls.
